6 Week Special Series
These special classes are designed to allow students to delve deeper into various areas of their practice. The 6 week format gives the students a basic introduction or an in depth look into an area of their practice. By highlighting various aspects of practice the student can grow more fully into a practice that is truly their own. We believe this format benefits the beginner as well as the seasoned yogi.
