Have you ever wondered how to combine the wonderful movement of flow with precise alignment? Then this short course is for you. We will break down each pose in the sun salutation and teach you how to safely transition from one to another. This method combines strength building with shoulder/hip therapeutics to increase flexibility and stamina. Come celebrate the beauty of Fall and feel the profound effects of moving in alignment. Some yoga experience preferred. Appropriate for those who have taken 1 year of alignment based yoga or our foundations course. No injuries please.
