Kimberly Bressem, RYT 200, is an experienced teacher and has been with RVYC from the beginning. With fifteen plus years of experience, she has focused on the areas of Restorative Yoga, breath work, and how a precise and attentive practice can shift physical, emotional and psychological challenges. Kim is passionate about using props and modifying asanas and sequences so students can experience the benefits of yoga regardless of physical restrictions.
